My skin story
The routine that keeps my skin looking like this

I get asked about my skin a lot. The answer is not complicated. The single most important thing I do is take my makeup off every night, tone and moisturise. Every single night. No exceptions. That consistency alone makes more difference than any expensive product.

Once a week I use a deep-cleaning scrub to really clear everything out. And I use the iRestore LED face mask regularly — it has become one of my non-negotiables and I genuinely notice a difference when I skip it.

The other two things that have moved the needle: collagen powder every morning in my coffee, and water — a lot of it. I add electrolytes at least once a day. The impact on skin hydration is something no topical product fully replaces.
